The internal hex system uses the same abutments and components for all implant diameters, saving time and resources for both the doctors and the patients.

The conical system features an esthetic solution – a tapered implant body with a tight sealed conical connection. The implant imitates the design of a natural tooth root, ensuring high initial stability for all loading protocols, including immediate. The implant-abutment interface offers a tight seal and high mechanical strength thus giving the restoration the required stability.

Quality

Medical Systems and Devices International Ltd. are manufactured in a fully automatic CNC process 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through holidays and vacations. Once the Implants are ready, they go through several stages of preparations. The implants are washed thoroughly and are cleaned of oil and other potential contaminators. When the implants are ready they are sent to a special SLA surface treatment process. The final stage is the packaging and sterilization process. The packaging is done in a special clean room with strict behavior codes and environmental control. The sterilization is done in a special Gamma Irradiation process at Sor-Van, the one and only leading facility in Israel. MSDI is obligated to the most promising levels of production, allowing its customers to establish long-term successful business co operations.
