I+D and Production

Our factory is composed by the following departments: industrial design and prototyping, pieces production, optics, electronics and assembly. All the equipment production is controlled at a detailed level, ensuring the maximum quality.

Quality

Thanks to our own production in our factory equipped with the latest technology systems, Optomic controls each stage of the production process. Optomic quality is guaranteed by ISO 13485 certificate issued by the certification company TÜV (Munich, Germany).

Service
Both Customer Care and After-sales Service are a priority for Optomic. We look after the client professionally, and we guarantee the perfect condition of the equipment during its life.

Optomic offers to its clients many ways of contact, enabling communications between them and the company at all times.

International

Part of Optomic’s internationalization strategy remains on the attendance -as an exhibitor- to the most important international fairs and congresses such as MEDICA Düsseldorf, IDS, AAO (USA), ORL-NHS Congress, BACO and SEGO among others. We are in contact with the market and we follow very closely the industry trends.
