The Michigan Instruments’ Training and Test Lung (TTL) is a dynamic lung simulator commonly used to evaluate and demonstrate mechanical ventilation and phenomena. Simulation of pulmonary pathologies and the evaluation of ventilators are also among the many uses of the device. This manual provides the instructions to describe the mechanical function of the following lung models and provides the information necessary to utilize and maintain the instrument. The model number is represented by the first 3 letters in the prefix of the serial number (which can be found on the back panel).
