Purification and concentration of lentivirus may be a tedious and time-consuming process. ViroGold lentivirus Concentrator provides a simple, efficient, and time-saving method to concentrate and purify lentivirus in a simple spin without ultra-centrifugation and ultrafiltration. Lentiviruses can be concentrated over thousand of folds. Most importantly, the concentrated virus is ultrapure, very easy to dissolve, and ready for both in vitro and in vivo use. After concentration, dissolve the lentivirus in 1xPBS or other buffer, add LentiGuard to prevent lentivirus titer loss during freeze-thaw cycles.
