This is a “LIMITED WARRANTY” as defined in the Consumer Product Warranty and Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act. This WARRANTY gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Micro Audiometrics Corporation warrants this EarscanR 3 Pure Tone Audiometer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years and the headset and patient response button for one (1) year under normal use. Warranty covers Earscans purchased on/after April 1, 2010.
