- IPC Certification: The entire production team completed this technical training, strengthening their expertise in the assembly and quality assurance of electronic components.
- NQA Internal Auditor Training: This has enabled our team to enhance our internal processes, ensuring compliance and continual improvement in our quality management systems.
- Mental Health First Aid: Promoting a positive and supportive workplace, this training has empowered our team to provide mental health support and foster a culture of care.
- First Aid and Fire Marshal Training: We’ve ensured that we are well-prepared to respond effectively in emergencies, keeping safety a top priority.
- Sexual Harassment Training: We are committed to creating an inclusive and respectful environment, and this training has helped reinforce those values across the organisation.
In addition to formal training, we’ve embraced our Lunch & Learn sessions, which have become a much-loved feature of our calendar. Each month, the entire team gathers to explore a range of topics while sharing a meal. These sessions provide an opportunity to learn, engage, and grow together – reinforcing our culture of collaboration and curiosity.
