This non-dilutive financingwill contribute to the“CAP23” industrialization programthat aims tosize theproduction of the Aeson® heart for its commercial phase, notably by
- increasingCARMAT’s production capacity on itsBois-d’Arcyindustrial site
- digitalizing this site;and
- strengtheningthe Company’s network of industrial suppliers inFrance.
