Checklist for Reopening Your Brewery

The Brewers Association has put together a checklist for breweries who are preparing to open their business as states and cities begin to reopen amid the pandemic. This guidance includes best practices for maintaining sanitary practices and social distancing in light of COVID-19.

• Social Distancing between customers, staff, and during work operations and customer sales
• Standard Operating Procedures that can be created to encourage compliance among staff and patrons
• Best Practices for sanitizing and managing frequent touch points

As your brewery prepares to open, develops new standard operating procedures, and continues to successfully navigate these challenges, we ask that you keep us up to date on specific procedures and best practices that are working for you.
