Information to our Customers and Partners

We at Matthiessen Lagertechnik care about the health of our employees, our customers and our partners. For the time being, we are doing our best to help limiting the spread of the Corona virus (COVID-19) in Germany and globally.

Actually, there is no Corona virus infection known within our company.

We are daily monitoring the situation and are following the instructions of the German government. We have taken the following steps to limit the spreading of the virus:

Service

• We do service operations in Germany and other European countries, as long as they are reachable by service car. But we still don`t do service operations in non-European countries or in countries with official travel warnings of the German government.
• We support and attend to our customers by telephone, e-mail and remote conferences during our regular business hours.
• Orders are being processed by our administration and within our production still without impairments.

Home Office

• The majority of our employees still work from home, where it is possible. You may continue contacting our team by use of the regular e-mail addresses and telephone numbers.

With the above-mentioned measures, we try to contribute to the health of our employees, customers and partners. At the same time, we try to prevent and limit the spread of the virus and hope to return to normal operations as early as possible.
