Safety first!

LET`S ACT TOGETHER is the theme of the World Day for Health and Safety at Work 2022 , designed to explore the theme of participation and social dialogue in the creation of a positive culture of safety and health.

Keeping dialogue always alive and open significantly increases awareness on the issue of safety in the workplace, favoring adherence to actions that are useful for making work safe and effective.

Our commitment is to build opportunities for continuous dialogue with all employees. A dialogue that remains open even outside the company with hospitals and health facilities , and which takes the form of training opportunities that are diversified according to the professional roles of our employees.

The way of working has changed, and we can say for the better! The pandemic has accelerated a process of approaching the smart working mode, which was confirmed even after the emergency state. In fact, we have been able to see how smartworking allows, for example, a considerable reduction in stress due to moving from home to office. From the point of view of safety, we appreciated a significant reduction in road accidents without considering a zeroing of accidents in the workplace.
