The Bertin Technologies group sells its medical waste treatment business to Ecosteryl

The Bertin Technologies group announces the sale of its medical waste treatment business, marketed under the Bertin Medical Waste brand since 2014, to Ecosteryl. This strategic sale marks a new stage in Bertin Technologies’ focus on its core market: instrumentation for critical and scientific applications.

This acquisition brings together two complementary players in the market: Bertin Medical Waste, recognized for its compact in situ solutions for hospitals and clinics, and Ecosteryl, a leader in high-capacity industrial solutions. Together, they now form a Franco-Belgian center of excellence covering the entire global market.
