Description：Ifidancitinib (ATI-50002) is an orally available, potent and selective inhibitor of JAK kinase 1/3 that disrupts γc cytokine signaling. Ifidancitinib is used in the research of allergy, asthma, and autoimmune diseases.
In Vitro：Ifidancitinib (0-1000 nM, 1 h) inhibits the JAK1/3 signaling pathway in mouse T cells[2]. Ifidancitinib (0-1000 nM, 5 days) reduces the number of T cells and inhibits cell proliferation[2].
In Vivo：Ifidancitinib (10-50 mg/kg, oral, single dose) can induce hair regrowth and reduce associated inflammation in mice[2].
