SHARE
Neihulizumab (ALTB-168) is an immune checkpoint agonistic antibody that binds to human CD162 (PSGL-1), leading to downregulation of activated T-cells. Neihulizumab can be uesd for steroid-refractory acute graft-versus-host-disease (SR-aGVHD), psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis and ulcerative colitis research[1].

Description:Neihulizumab (ALTB-168) is an immune checkpoint agonistic antibody that binds to human CD162 (PSGL-1), leading to downregulation of activated T-cells. Neihulizumab can be uesd for steroid-refractory acute graft-versus-host-disease (SR-aGVHD), psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis and ulcerative colitis research.

In Vitro:Neihulizumab is a monoclonal antibody against P-selectin glycoprotein ligand-1 (PSGL-1). Neihulizumab binds to human PSGL-1, thereby preferentially inducing apoptosis in late stage activated T cells. At sites of inflammation, the endothelium of blood vessels expresses P-selectin, and activated T cells bind to these sites and migrate through the expression of PSGL-1. In that manner, Neihulizumab is thought to target activated T cells and inhibit trafficking to sites of inflamed tissue[1].
