SUCTION FREE is a medical device for the non-invasive management of tracheobronchial secretions in hospitalized patients. SUCTION FREE employs the patented EFA^® (Expiratory Flow Accelerator) technology. It has been used for years to provide an effective and non-invasive clearance of the airways in hospital or in rehabilitation facilities. SUCTION FREE accelerates the expiratory flow promoting the subsequent mobilization and removal of secretions. Acceleration of the expiratory flow re-establishes the physiological condition necessary to move secretions up from the deeper districts towards the upper airways.
