High-avidity binding to T-cell receptors thanks to multiple MHC-peptide complexes. High-throughput screening with a unique barcode for each MHC-peptide specificity. Enrichment of low-frequency cells thanks to PE fluorochromes. Compatible with single-cell gene expression analysis.
