Full Three Year Warranty : We unconditionally warranty our products quality. If any product is found to contain defective material or workmanship within three years of invoice date, we will replace or refurbish the product.
Pricing : We make every effort to ensure accuracy in pricing and product specifications. Unfortunately, sometimes information is published incorrectly. We will honor pricing and product specifications to the best of our ability, but reserve the right to correct typographical errors. We will try to inform you of any product discrepancies before your order is processed.
No Risk Buying : If you are dissatisfied with a 3B Scientific® Product for whatever reason, simply return it to us within 14 days for a refund, packed in original cartons and with a copy of the invoice. No questions asked!
Prompt Delivery : Most products are shipped from stock. That means that we will ship the items within 5 day after receipt of payment. Only in exceptional cases longer delivery times can occur.
Quantity Discounts and Special Prices : If you place an order for large numbers of 3B Scientific® Products, you may be eligible for additional savings. Please ask for your special price offer.
Special Orders : We are the worlds leading manufacturer of anatomical models. If you have a suggestion for a new item, or require special labelling or packaging, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Environmentally Friendly Paint : All models are accurately painted by hand-picked and trained artisans using solvent free paint.
Environmentally Friendly Packaging : Standard packaging is free and uses recyclable and CFC-free materials. Only non-standard packaging will be charged.
