The SYFPAC® LVP is an advanced machine designed for aseptic primary packaging of large volume parenterals in plastic bottles ranging from 50ml to 1000ml, with designs accommodating up to 2500ml for specialized applications. It is engineered to produce self-collapsible bottles, versatile in filling various formulations. This machine exhibits a high production rate, capable of handling up to 2,700 bottles per hour, making it suitable for continuous, high-volume production. The robust system incorporates features like a smart preventive maintenance program, automatic inert gas filling, and an advanced SCADA system for efficient management. It offers flexibility with modular moulds adaptable to various designs and materials such as PE, PP, and HDPE. Its compact size reduces clean room requirements, and it allows for configurations like implementable capping solutions using Eurocap and Ecohead designs. Essential applications include intravenous solutions, irrigation, sodium chloride, and glucose.

VOLUMES AND MOULDS
Standard range of volumes goes from 50ml to 1000ml. Bottle design can be adjusted to your requests, as our modular moulds allow a great variety of forms and closures as well as the possibility to emboss information like company logo, expiry date, batch number, etc. Different formats can be easily produced with the same mould. Larger volumes on request up to 13l.
CLEAN ROOM
The compact size of the machine allows for reduced clean room dimensions of only 36 sqm, where only class C or D is required. There is also the option for Ultraclean technology, which separates black and white areas of the room to decrease the dimensions requirements even further.
PRODUCTION RATE
SYFPAC® LVP machine can reach up to 2.700 bottles per hour. Suitable for mass production, the machine can work 24/7 and grants one of the cleanest technologies for the packaging of intravenous fluids. The machine’s robust construction, together with its smart preventive maintenance program, prevents failures and unexpected expensive maintenance.
HIGH FLEXIBILITY
The moulds can work with either PP, PE or HDPE, with no change of parts. This wide choice of materials, available worldwide, enables to pack a wide range of formulations, with low viscosity and with temperature ranging from 4°C to 30°C. BFS bottles have an optimal resistance to terminal sterilization as well as an excellent stability of product and shelf-life. The wall thickness of the parison is easily controlled to produce container sfrom transparent to opaque, from very rigid to lightweight, and particularly self-collapsible to the extent of imitating flexible bags. Self-collapsible plastic bottles present all the advantages of flexible bags, plus they do not need an air vent during administration and are actually more cost-effective.
CAPPING SOLUTIONS
Euro-cap bottles are produced on SYFPAC® LVP complete line, which includes MECAS capping machines. However, Brevetti Angela’s patented Eco-head® design allows a further cost reduction wherever regulations do not require secondary capping and allow for a nipple-head bottle.
