QuikClot Radial - Bleeding Control Solution

The QuikClot Radial product is a bleeding control solution with a significantly shorter mean compression time than TR band.12  This can control bleeding faster at the radial access site,12 which may help to increase patient throughput in the Cath Lab. QuikClot® Radial is a proprietary hemostatic technology consisting of a nonwoven material impregnated with kaolin, an inorganic mineral that activates factor XII,1 which in turn accelerates the body’s natural clotting ability.
