Options like Inner Bubble Cooling (IBC) and Continuous Bubble Diameter Control (CBC) enhance product performance, with additional solutions such as separate control units for up to 20 heating zones. Multi-layer dies for 2 up to 13 layers are suitable for different numbers of layers. For these processes, COLLIN delivers dies with radial spiral mandrel distributors, moreover, different mandrels and matrix are available. The retrofitting between different layers can easily and quickly be realised – e. g. from 3-layer to 5-layer.
Axial spiral mandrel distributor blown film dies

- Due to the own design of the die geometry and the simulation of the flow in the die, also special dies for materials with difficult flow characteristics can be developed.
