The UAC-16 and UAC-32 are advanced automatic tablet counter machines designed by United Pharmatek, ideal for pharmaceutical applications requiring precise and efficient counting of tablets, capsules, softgels, and similar products. These machines are equipped with intelligent sensor eyes, totaling 176 for the UAC-16, ensuring 100% counting accuracy. The UAC-16 features dual nozzles with 16 channels, producing an output of up to 80 bottles per minute, while the UAC-32 combines two UAC-16 units, expanding the capacity to 32 channels and achieving a throughput of up to 140 bottles per minute. Each machine incorporates three-stage vibration trays with adjustable frequency for stable pill feeding, and air cylinders for accurate bottle positioning to reduce spillage. Diving nozzles lock bottles into place during filling, enhancing operational efficiency. These attributes make the tablet counters suitable for high-speed, accurate, and controlled packaging lines in the pharmaceutical industry.
Our Tablet / Capsule Counter & Filler machines "E" Series (Economic) are used to automatically count and fill hard gelatin capsules, softgels, tablets, round pills etc. UAC-12 has 12 channels with dual nozzles and equipped Intelligent Sensor Eyes, with a total of 176 sensor eyes for 100% counting accuracy. The tablet counter machine has three-stage vibration trays to infeed tablets or capsules; vibrating frequency is adjustable in each tray for quick and stable feeding. Bottles are positioned and indexed through air cylinders to ensure accurate positioning prior to filling thus avoiding spillage. It features diving nozzles that lock bottles into place prior to filling. UAC-12 Tablet Counter Machine has an output of 40 bottles/min, UAC-24 Tablet Counter Machine has an output of 80 bottles/min, we can integrate (02) UAC-24 tablet counter Machines for counting up to 120-140 bottles per minute at 60-100 counts.
