ERGONOMIC DOOR ASSEMBLIES

• Strong double pan design features bottom edge drainage holes (outside positioning)
• Heavy gauge hinge assemblies are easily removed for cleaning/adjustment
• SteriLock spring loaded door latch prevents accidental opening during transportation and ensures a fully open position during washing, loading, and unloading

• Full perimeter bumper made from high temperature resistant rubber provides impact protection
• Permanently sealed seams and crevices prevents water accumulation and sources of contamination

SUPERIOR MANEUVERABILITY

• Each cart features two all-swivel, one steer-lock, and one total-lock caster to facilitate easy steering, handling, and positioning
• Stainless steel caster body is cart washer compatible and provides a high load rating of 225 lbs per wheel
• Optional retractable linkage/training assembly provides for easy manual cart training/towing

SMART DESIGN

• Top surface features an integral drip-proof ledge to ensure proper drainage of accidental spills without contaminating cart interior
• Cabinet bottom pan is sloped 5 degrees and chassis support frame is perforated to facilitate drainage
• Externally mounted integrally welded push-pull handle maximizes interior storage space
