Kromek -CZT Based Surgical Gamma Probes

Surgical gamma probes based upon CZT detectors offer higher sensitivity for the same detector volume as scintillator probes. These probes are used to identify the location of tumours and sentinel lymph nodes and to verify that appropriate margins have been resected. We have built probes for a number of OEM partners. We also customize CZT surgical gamma probe detectors and readout electronics for different OEMs, depending upon physical size and performance specifications.
