Micronice - Model P&S T45 - Development Kit for Ultrasonic Nebulization
At Tekceleo, we understand that every research and testing application is unique. That’s why we offer customization and engineering services to adapt the P&S T45 to your specific requirements — whether it’s fluid path adjustments, mechanical integration, control interfaces, or tailored droplet specifications. Our in-house R&D team collaborates directly with your engineers or scientists to develop optimized solutions that fit seamlessly into your existing systems or experimental designs.
The P&S T45 Development Kit is designed to give researchers, engineers, and product developers full access to Tekceleo’s ultrasonic nebulization technology — in a plug-and-play format.
Whether you’re exploring aerosol behavior, developing new medical devices, or validating aerosol delivery systems, the Development Kit provides the flexibility and control you need.
This Kit can be directly used for generating precise aerosol with our T45 nebulizer technology.
List of components:
Nozzle
At the heart of the development kit lies the P&S T45 Nozzle — a high-performance piezoelectric nebulizer capable of generating ultra-fine aerosols without heat or air pressure. Our T45 nozzle is well known for its ease of use and its ability to generate calibrated aerosol without harming the liquid in any way.
Built using Tekceleo’s patented ultrasonic atomization technology, the nozzle produces consistent droplet sizes between 5 to 50 μm, enabling use in demanding scientific applications such as inhalation studies, sample coating, particulate simulation, and others.
ECU (Electronic Control Unit)
The ECU is the control brain of the P&S T45 Development Kit. It delivers real-time management of the ultrasonic nozzle, and integrates Power Modulation with flowrate control precision of 1% increment.
With industrial-grade reliability and a compact footprint, the ECU can operate both as a standalone controller or be integrated into larger test benches or OEM systems.
This component empowers researchers and developers to fine-tune aerosol generation with precision and repeatability.
HMI (Human-Machine Interface)
The HMI provides a user-friendly interface to configure and operate the T45 system.
Through a clear digital display and tactile controls, users can easily adjust key parameters such as aerosol generation throughput, and operating modes — without the need for additional software or programming.
Whether you're in a research lab or a prototyping environment, the HMI offers Live monitoring of device performance, Quick parameter adjustment for experimental optimization and a simple, standalone setup that reduces complexity during testing
