Roesys -Model X Vison go -Digital Radiography System

The  system  solution  »X  Vision  go« allows  existing  mobile  X-ray  machi-nes  to  be  retrofitted  with  digitalisa-tion  capability.  This  enables  opera-tors to produce high-resolution digi-tal  patient  images  rapidly  with  low radiation  exposure.  These  images can then be used by radiologists for diagnostics. Past investment in conventional mobile X-ray machines is not lost.

Many  radiology  departments  already use  modern  DR  detectors  as  part  of their regular X-ray rooms.

However,  the  mobile  X-ray  machines used  in  hospitals  in  the  care  of  in-patients  often  still  use  image  plates as purchasing completely digital new machines  is  not  cost-effective  given the  small  number  of  images  produ-ced  per  day.  The  innovative  system solution  »X  Vision go«  attempts  to bridge  this  gap.  It  consists  of  a  mo-dern mobile WiFi detector measuring 35x43  cm  with  a  mobile  panel  hol-der, a tablet computer for clinical use and  the  specially  created  image  pro-cessing software »DXRS touch«.

The  system  can  be  used  not  only with  mobile  X-ray  machines  but  also as  a  back-up,  if  the  fixed  system  is overloaded or has malfunctions.
