Our lab prepares a slide from the swab you provide us, stains it with Diff Quik, and analyzes the slide with low and high powered field optical microscopy. The report provides semiquantitative results for mites, yeast, bacteria (cocci and rods), white blood cells, red blood cells, and skin cells.

FedEx 2-Day return shipping is INCLUDED in the price. Each kit can only be used to test ONE ear. The kit includes 2 swabs with culture media tubes for sample storage, instructions, a return label, and sticker for sealing the box for return shipping. The shipping box is reused for return shipping. The clinic must register the test on our website prior to shipping the sample.
