The e-mac series by ENGEL represents a line of all-electric, small injection moulding machines tailored for near-standard applications. Compact on the outside and big on the inside
What makes the e-mac an extremely compact and small injection moulding machine with a reduced footprint? A short clamping unit with maximum very large opening stroke. The footprint on the side opposite the operator is also reduced. An extended tie bar distance creates space for larger moulds.
Even more space-saving: e-mac slim
The new slim version of our e-mac requires even less floor space: It is up to 16% narrower than an e-mac of the same size in the standard version. The mould installation space and tie-bar spacing remain as generous as ever. Get the most out of your production space.

Clean production thanks to encapsulated toggle lever
The encapsulated toggle lever requires less lubricant and increases the service life. Oil leakage at the toggle joints is avoided and enables clean production for products from the food and medical technology sectors. The significantly lower cleaning requirement also reduces downtimes.
Easy use of tools with core pulls
Control up to four core pulls as well as other hydraulic elements on the mould with the optional and energy-saving hydraulic power units. We have integrated the hydraulic power unit into the machine in a space-saving and maintenance-friendly way. In addition, core pull valves mounted directly on the power unit provide more space in the clamping platen area.

Our new electric injection units are available in three variants. The "Standard" variant for the economical production of near-standard injection-moulded parts. The "High" variant for high injection speeds ensures smooth production of thin-walled technical parts. With the "Heavy Duty" powerhouse, you achieve perfect results with thick-walled components thanks to high and lasting holding pressure.
