Resaplus is a newly developed catheter for the treatment of chronic pain caused by adhesions in the epidural space or in the ganglia. Due to the structure, an adhesiolysis/neurolysis can be carried out mechanically (Racz principle) as well as pulsed radio frequency can be transmitted to ganglia (as with the Pasha catheter). Rinsing fluid or medication can be introduced through the integrated Luer connection. The catheter can remain in the patient for a total of 48 hours. The various functionalities in a catheter enable very efficient work. With a diameter of 3 CH, Resaplus can also be used in combination with our epiduroscopy system. Resaplus can be connected to all common RF generators with pulsed radio frequency.
