Reduced Machine Down Time
Not only are anchoring/alignment installationsfast and easy, but realignments can be achieved without loosening the anchor nuts and can be done whenever necessary. Unlike conventional leveling methods that require repeated trial and error jacking and tightening during machine installation, the Unisorb RK Fixator® System permits alignment adjustment to be made at any time. Future machine alignment and accuracy adjustments are much faster with the Fixator and greatlyreduced machine down timeas the realignment adjustment process is much quicker than standard systems.
The Unisorb RK Fixator System performs with precision movement so level and alignment can be achieved with Micron tolerance (0.000039”). Precision machined Molykoted surfaces and controlled assembly of the adjustment bolt develop high mechanical advantages to make alignment adjustmentsfast and accurate. Time consuming re-alignments and production loss are greatly minimized as future alignment adjustments are made under tension.
