LEAP -Model Collect PAL -For Fast, Small Volume Fractions - Large Capacity
CollectPAL `collection only` system for metabolic profiling (radio active labeled and other); based on HTC-xt PAL with modified collection head and syringe.
Collects with no sample loss at intervals of 2.4-15 sec at typical flow rates of 500-1,000ul/min into 2mL vials, 96-well or 384-well plates that could have septa or sealing covers.
Cooled drawer stacks or a variety of trays can be used (order cooled stacks, regular stacks or other tray holders separately!). A separate PC with a application based on LEAP Shell software is required.
Collection start is triggered by a contact signal from the LC-injection hardware. Software creates an exportable output file with sample information, date & time stamped.
Max capacity 24 plates; one 4 plate holder included; cooled stacks with 6 or 12 positions are not included and have to be added at additional cost. HTC model can accommodate up to two 12-position stacks or cool stacks
