Amplivox -Model Otowave 102-C -Handheld Tympanometer with Docking Station
A handheld screening tympanometer with a custom designed docking station for both instrument charging and test data transfer within a busy clinical setting. Intuitive and with the ability to reduce consultation times, it is ideal for audiologists, ENT professionals, paediatric doctors, family practices and clinics who screen difficult-to-test subjects or children with common hearing loss problems.
It provides fast, accurate tympanometry results with an automatic pass/refer result evaluation. It is also ideal for screening children who may be suffering from middle ear conditions, such as otitis media (glue ear) and other hearing loss disorders.

Portability
Weighing only 380g (0.83lbs), the simple design allows for complete portability. Travelling audiologists can confidently provide reliable measurements in both mobile and clinic based audiological environments.
Fully customisable
The Otowave 102-C comes with a pre-defined user protocol, and as each patient is unique, the device`s test sequence is customisable to match your patients special requirements. Ipsilateral acoustic reflex tests can be set to test up to four test frequencies at a variety of levels (70 to 100dB) or at a single test level for screening tympanometry purposes.
With an air pressure range of -400 to 200daPa, different middle ear problems can be screened successfully and pass/refer criteria can be defined for acoustic reflex tests with the peak of the tympanogram manually re-defined if required.
Ergonomic design
Tests can be completed with confidence and accuracy due to the elegant shape which follows the contours of the hand, combined with a perfect weight distribution. The Otowave 102-C also provides an effortless testing experience with a large LCD screen for viewing the live tymp display, and simple four-key button layout.
Live tymp and on-screen results
While showing the measurements live on screen, additional information about the peak pressure (in daPa) and peak volume (in ml), the gradient and ear canal volume are stored with each tympanometry session.
Within the tympanogram, the compliance peak can be re-adjusted if required, allowing the pass/refer result to be adjusted. Acoustic reflex results are shown in frequency specific, large graphs including the pass and refer evaluation.
