Indication and Safety

Ofatumumab is approved in the U.S. as Kesimpta® for the treatment of relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS) in adults, to include clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease, and active secondary progressive disease. It is the first B-cell therapy that can be self-administered at home by patients using a Sensoready® autoinjector pen.
