A urinary stricture is a narrowing of the urethra as a result of sustained injection or injury. Aloe Meatal is a dilation catheter designed to improve the urinary habits of people with urethral strictures. Aloe Meatal’s spacious tubing prevents the narrowing of the urethra so that urine can flow through more easily.
As a hydrophilic catheter, Aloe Meatal must be soaked in water for around thirty seconds before use. Aloe Meatal’s natural water-based coating with additional aloe vera ensures a simple experience from start to end, with a flexible tip to aid insertion.
Because the Aloe Meatal’s function is purely procedural and not used for drainage, it does not come with eyelets. Your healthcare professional will be able to advise on a routine detailing when and for how long you need to use your catheter.
