Manticore - Knotless Labral Anchor

This Labral Anchor is knotless, so no tying is needed. The anchor is fully ribbed to maximize pullout strength has a  sharp tip for insertion, and an eyelet for securing suture.  This anchor comes with or without a suture lasso, which can be useful for threading suture through the eyelet of the anchor.
