Easing the burden with EksoZeroG. EksoZeroG is a mechanical arm that holds heavy tools on aerial work platforms and scaffolding. This spring-loaded gravity support arm transfers the weight of heavy tools to its base and then into the ground, giving your heavy tools the feel of true weightlessness. This lift assistance saves your worker’s arms from the physical toll of heavy lifting, so they can keep their endurance for what’s really important—the precise use of your tools. Whether your workers are using a grinder, installing bolts with a large drill, or operating an impact wrench, this device improves safety, reduces inaccuracy, and boosts employee morale. The unit can be mounted in less than a minute, and the stand maneuvers easily, making large jobs much simpler.

The EksoZeroG helps ease the physical burden on construction and demolition workers, enabling workers to maneuver tools and other objects as if they’re weightless. It mounts to aerial work platforms, like scissor lifts and standard scaffolding.

EksoZeroG is compatible with any tool weighing up to 42 lbs that can safely mount to the end of its arm, like rivet busters, chipping/demo hammers, rotary hammers, impact wrenches, and grinders. Many of these are attached with a sling, but large grinders can also be easily attached using the ring gimbal.

The U.S. spends $21 billion per year on workplace-related injuries that drain productivity. Much of this is due to fatigue and injuries due to repetitive motions and overhead tasks on the job site, though workers on these sites can sometimes experience serious spinal cord injury as well. EksoZeroG helps ease the physical burden on construction and demolition workers. With Ekso Bionics’ innovative exoskeleton technology, your workers now have quality of life improvements helping them complete heavy hand tool tasks with less fatigue, better workmanship, and fewer workplace injuries.
