Medical Scientific - Model SOLO SX - Digital Specimen and Biomedical Imaging Detector
12x15 cm (4* x 6*) Digital Flat P. 49.5 micron pixel size. The detector is used for acquiring digital X-ray images for pathology applications. The SOLO™ SX is utilized to obtain high quality images of a wide range of specimens for further study and analysis. The detector is based on CMOS technology, which guarantees a high speed of image acquisition, high resolution, and low noise. The detector was developed based on the technology of a mammography detector. As it is critical to spot small details in mammograms, the same precision is achieved with the SOLO™ SX for specimen analysis. Additional potential applications for the SOLO™ SX include Panoramic Dental, C-Arm Fluoroscopy, and others.
