Model CFP-15+ - Oxygen Cylinder Filling Plants
The OGSI model CFP-15+ allows users to generate their own oxygen for their medical-grade requirements like EMS (Emergency Medical Services), Ambulance, Fire Departments, Small Hospitals, Clinics, Nursing Homes, Veterinary & Animal Hospitals, Dental labs and SCUBA applications. The CFP-15+ is a self-contained oxygen cylinder filling plant that uses Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. By simply mounting the CFP-15+ unit to the wall, and plugging it in to a standard electrical outlet, you can generate your own medical-grade oxygen to fill your own cylinders on-site. Within minutes, you can have emergency oxygen available for any increase in unexpected demand. Never run out of oxygen ever again!
About us
Quality and Safety Designed
The CFP-15+ may be small, only measuring 30' x 16' x 36', but don't let the little size fool you! The unit contains all of OGSI's rich history of using the highest level of manufacturing engineering expertise in its design. The CFP-15+ is self-contained and operates very quietly. These quality components all work together to regulate the flow of oxygen cleanly and safely throughout operation. The OGSI CFP-15+ is designed to run automatically and requires little or no maintenance once it is up and running. With a digital color touch screen display, the unit shows all the information required to monitor the manufacturing process of oxygen. The CFP-15+ performs a continuous series of self-diagnostic tests as it runs. Should an issue arise such as drop in oxygen purity; the CFP-15+ will automatically shut down and display a visual alarm on screen. There is an optional audible alarm available as well.
Fast Payback and ROI
This is one purchase you make that can truly pay for itself! The CFP-15+ is economically priced so that you can realize a fast payback usually within a year or two. You can fill an H size (6M3 size) cylinder for 10 KWH cost. Funding programs are available through Federal and State Government grants, Family Foundations, Community Development Foundations and corporate foundations. Grant assistance can be found at the Homeland Security website for A.F.G., M.M.R.S. and A.A.R.A to pay for the unit! Fire Grants Help is available to assist you through the process at no charge to you. If public monies are not available to you, we can provide an investment payback comparison based on your actual usage that will help to justify the CFP-15+ purchase. Financing and leasing options are available.
The OGSI MOGS 50/100 Medical Oxygen Generating System has been designed to produce oxygen onsite and fill high pressure cylinders (up to 2200 psi) or to supply oxygen directly at up to 70 psi. This system uses oil-free air compressors and modular oxygen generators for redundancy and reliability. The system produces Medical Grade Oxygen in accordance with the US Pharmacopeia specifications. There is a continuous gas quality monitoring system included with automatic shutdown if a fault occurs.
Larger CFP's (8-180 cylinders/day)
If you are in an area poorly served (unreliable oxygen supply and/or high prices) by the traditional gas companies, you can fill your own oxygen cylinders.
OGSI offers a complete line of cylinder filling plants (CFP's). These plants can be designed to produce oxygen up to 95% purity for most oxygen applications, including breathable hospital requirements. The oxygen purity from OGSI plants is typically at 93% (+/- 3%), with the balance being even amounts of nitrogen & argon. OGSI equipment is fabricated in accordance with all relevant codes (ASME, ANSI, NEMA, CE) and can be configured to meet CRN and CSA Standards. Oxygen produced meets the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) XXII Oxygen 93% Monograph as well as European and other Pharmacopeia.
OGSI CFP's include all the support equipment required such as air compressors, air dryers and oxygen compressors for complete turnkey systems. All models are factory tested, and most are skid mounted.
Complete CFP's, capable of filling 1 to 180 cylinders per day are currently available in standard sizes. The plant size is based on the number of high pressure, 6m3 size (aka. K or H-size) oxygen cylinders the plant can fill in 24 hours. Listed below is a quick reference on the model and size of the plants we offer. Please contact us about custom sizes available too.
- Model CFP-15 1 cyl's/day
- Model CFP-100 8 cyl's/day
- Model CFP-175 10 cyl's/day
- Model CFP-250 20 cyl's/day
- Model CFP-500 50 cyl's/day
- Model CFP-650 60 cyl's/day
- Model CFP-1000 100 cyl's/day
