MARS -MRI Assisted Radiosurgery

The promise of MRI in LDR and HDR brachytherapy is to further increase the therapeutic ratio leading to cancer cure with the delivery of surgically ablative doses of radiation to target lesions, while simultaneously reducing the dose and consequent toxicity to surrounding functional anatomy. ¹²
