Multifilament, synthetic, absorbable surgical suture, composed of a copolymer made from 90% glycolide and 10% L-lactide. Coated with a copolymer poly (glicolide-co-lactide) (30/70) and calcium stearate. The coating reduces the tissue trauma and the risk of bacteria migration along the thread.
