Multispecific Symetrical IgG

Multibodies are natural human antibodies with multiple functionalities and properties that have been predefined. Biolojic’s technology allows a single, symmetrical human IgG to bind two or more different targets on each of its arms. Fine tuning the affinities of such Multibody to each of the targets allows for attacking different targets with a single drug and control the respective competition of the targets in different tissues and times. Multibodies can be logical gates, molecular switches executing “and” or “or” function.
