Ncardia - Human iPSC-Derived Vascular Endothelial Cells
From Modeling - Established Cell Models - Human iPSC in Vitro Models - Cardiac
Vascular endothelial cells are involved in multiple processess including blood flow, vascular permeability or angiogenesis. Our team can manufacture endothelial cells from the iPSC line that best fits your project with a controlled and scalable process. Custom assays can be developed with this fully functional cell model to screen drug-induced effects on endothelial barrier permeability or 3D capillary tube formation.
Benefits
- Minimal biological variability
- Functional and physiologically relevant
- Highly suitable for in vitro modeling and screening
Product Details
CELLULAR IDENTITY
Vascular endothelial cells generated on-demand display characteristic endothelial cell morphology in culture and express key endothelial markers. As an example, left panel contains a representative FACS analysis of one batch of human iPSC-derived vascular endothelial cells showing double expression of CD144 and CD31. Right panel is a phase contrast image showing endothelial morphology in culture.
PHYSIOLOGICALLY RELEVANT
Vascular endothelial cells generated on-demand are fully functional and physiologically relevant. The cells form endothelial barriers in vitro, and our scientists can assess drug-induced effects on endothelial barrier permeability and angiogenesis with this iPSC-derived cell model.
HIGHLY SUITABLE FOR DRUG DISCOVERY
Vascular endothelial cells generated on-demand are highly suitable for disease modeling and screening. Our scientific team has extensive experience on multiple assays. As an example, our team can help you determine the effect of a library of compounds on angiogenesis using the sprouting assay.
