
QuantiPerm -Model OGA -Off Gas Analyzer for Metabolic Monitoring
The OGA Off Gas Analyzer provides real-time metabolic monitoring capabilities designed for diverse bioprocessing applications, including aerobic and microaerobic fermentations, as well as cell cultures and plant and animal studies. With integrated true mass flow measurements, this system allows users to continuously record metabolic parameters such as Oxygen Uptake Rate (OUR), Carbon Dioxide Evolution Rate (CER), and Respiratory Quotient (RQ) seamlessly across bioreactors ranging from 50 mL to 200 kL. The OGA system's modular design includes infrared CO2 measurement options and electrochemical O2 measurements for comprehensive metabolic insights. Equipped with features like automatic inlet gas sampling and Modbus/TCP compatibility, it supports industrial automation. Its plug-and-play operation leverages an intuitive GUI accessible on any internet-enabled device, ensuring ease of use across multiple platforms.

OGA system offers a way to continuously monitor and record a variety of metabolic parameters like OUR, CER, RQ in real time. Totalization readouts provide total metabolic numbers with a button press. Plug-and play operation via an intuitive GUI that is available on any web-enabled device such as a smart phone, tablet or a computer.
