Active movement combined with an upright posture is good for your spinal column. With the standard individually adjustable seat tilt adjustment (bestseller) – or optionally fitted with pelvic stabiliser with a wonderfully soft response – you can easily tilt your pelvis and thus move your spine into the natural S shape.
