Model RadioInventory - Optimierte Bewirtschaftung Mittels RFID-Technologie
Die Wiegand AG bietet mit RadioInventory die Lösung zur exakte Bedarfsermittlung und genauen Nachverfolgbarkeit von schwer zu lagernde (z.B. Katheter) oder auch hochteure (z.B. Implantate) Artikel. RadioInventory kann mit Hilfe von RFID-Tags, Artikel erkennen und das inklusiv aller relevanten Informationen wie Seriennummer, Charge, Ablaufdatum usw. Die Artikel werden an ihrem Lagerplatz erfasst und vollautomatisch ausgebucht, sobald diese von der Pflege entnommen werden. Die smarte Software ermittelt jederzeit den Artikelbedarf, somit ist der Artikelbestand jederzeit transparent und korrekt einsehbar. Die Wiegand Software ermittelt auch den Bedarf und kann Artikel bei Erreichung einer definierten Menge auch automatisch nachbestellen. Der Aufwand für die Pflege wird verringert, der Überblick über die Artikel im Lager ist garantiert und der Prozessaufwand für den Einkauf kann optimiert werden.
- Stock and consumption determination
Thanks to RFID antennae, the system always knows exactly which quantities of which items are currently in stock. RadioInventory calculates the exact consumption over the course of time.
- Traceability
Tags are linked to article numbers, as well as to serial and batch numbers, if applicable, along with other information. When an item is removed from stock, this data is recorded and optionally reported back to the third-party system.
- Replenishment ordering
The fully automated system manages stock and requests the required replenishment quantity in good time.
- Assigning materials to the person removing them
Thanks to the extended authentication option, items are assigned to the person removing them and can therefore be posted to the relevant patient or cost centre.
All tagged items in stock can be accurately booked in and out – without any additional processing effort and without any accidental input errors. This saves costs and increases offsetting opportunities.
