EARTH CARE PRODUCTS, the manufacturing and marketing department for SPHAG SORB, was established in 1991 as a privately owned Canadian Company.

The staff at EARTH CARE PRODUCTS has a combined 46 years of experience in the environmental industry.

The original mandate for EARTH CARE PRODUCTS was to distribute the SPHAG SORB line of absorbent products in Western Canada. This situation existed, with ever-encouraging success, until May of 1996 when EARTH CARE PRODUCTS was appointed as the sole manufacturer of SPHAG SORB products, and expanded it’s marketing to include all of Canada.

Effective September 1, 1998, with the development of the Canadian distribution program, EARTH CARE PRODUCTS was awarded the appointment of the International marketplace to expand on the existing distributor network.

January 1, 2000, EARTH CARE PRODUCTS, acquired sole ownership of SPHAG SORB, operating under the names: “SPHAG SORB SALES” in the United Sates, and “EARTH CARE PRODUCTS” in Canada and Internationally.

It was immediately apparent that the only way to successfully market the SPHAG SORB product line was to establish agreements with distributors dedicated to the quality of SPHAG SORB. With the assignment of strategically placed Distributors Internationally and throughout United States and Canada, customers are able to gain access to all SPHAG SORB products more efficiently.
