This includes the construction of crowns, bridges, and various types of restorations such as secondary, overlapping, attached, screw-supported, and implant-supported superstructures. The Vsmile PEEK CAD CAM products are intended for use in open dental laboratories. The thermoplastic technopolymer is noted for its excellent biocompatibility, ensuring safe, long-term application. This material offers significant benefits including biocompatibility, excellent strength, heat resistance, and enhanced protection of human tissue within the implant site. Specific indications for use include partial dentures, healing caps, abutments, and dental implant fixtures. The discs are available in colors including white, yellow, pink, and natural. With a density of 1.32 g/cm³, a flexural strength of 163 Mpa, a flexural modulus of 4 Gpa, and an impact strength of 199 KJ/m2, they provide both reliability and safety for various dental applications.
