Delta2000 - Model HPL DeltaWALL - Polystyrene Insulation Panels for Modular Walls
Delta2000 specializes in manufacturing HPL DeltaWALL Polystyrene insulation panels, designed for modular wall systems utilized across various industrial sectors such as pharmaceutical, biomedical, chemical, cosmetic, and food processing, as well as for hospital structures. The polystyrene insulation is notable for its isotropic closed-cell structure, which supports a class E fire reaction and complies with UNI EN 13163 standards, along with CE marking. The HPL DeltaWALL™ Polystyrene modular walls are made of:
- Internal frame in extruded raw aluminium, 2 mm thick, insulated with polystyrene
- 4 mm HPL external coating with a total panel thickness of 48 mm
- H-shaped vertical aluminium extrusion bar (2 mm thick), used for mounting the panels, which allows you to obtain a maximum width of 4 mm between the panels
To guarantee the best result in terms of aesthetics, insulation and functionality, the HPL DeltaWALL™ Polistirene, modular walls are fixed with silicone and raw aluminium profiles to the existing floor.
