DualSonic is a portable HIFU aesthetic device specially designed for professional or home facial treatment. Effective, practical, precise, safe, the modular device improves skin quality, reduces wrinkles, lifts and reshapes by acting on the different skin layers including the SMAS. With high intensity focused ultrasound you get a more perfect and elastic skin.
Ultrasounds are harmless waves that have been used for a long time in therapeutic medicine. DualSonic makes it possible to use ultrasonic energy for aesthetic purposes by concentrating and focusing these waves on specific points of the face in order to cause a rise in temperature. The thermal stress applied to a predefined depth generates coagulation points on the different skin layers causing a natural production of collagen and elastin, retraction and regeneration of tissues. The treatment thus makes it possible to obtain a smoothing effect, tensioning of the skin and improvement of its texture. During the process, the energy passes through the epidermis to the dermis and SMAS without cutting or damaging the sagging and wrinkled skin.
The SMAS is a layer of tissue located 4.5mm deep under the skin between the hypodermis and the muscles. It is one of the most important support structures for the face. As the skin ages, the SMAS sags causing lower cheeks, double chin, puffiness, nasolabial folds... By repositioning the SMAS, the HIFU treatment corrects the effects and unsightliness linked to its downward sliding. Most naturally in the world, the heavy features are erased, with no traction effect on the skin since the latter only follows the rise of the SMAS with which it is in close contact.
