The integrated video conferencing software in the ProEX Telehealth Hub allows health professionals to connect to colleagues and specialists over large distances and share saved images and data, along with participating in live video consultations with the patient.
High definition video and data from the ProEX Telehealth Hub are streamed over the video conferencing link to assist the remote physician during patient examinations. Previously recorded data and images of the patient can also be easily reviewed. Video conferencing can be transmitted via a local network, the internet, or via 3G/4G/LTE using an optional module.
How it works
Versatile Image Recording
The ProEX Telehealth Hub uses cutting edge technology to record video and data from a range of inputs including Bluetooth, WiFi, USB, DVI, HDMI, S-Video and Composite Video. This allows the ProEX to be used with almost any medical imaging equipment such as ultrasound units, pulse oximetry sensors and endoscope cameras, whether they be older analogue legacy systems or new digital technology.
Images and data from the external devices are saved in the ProEX Telehealth Hub database for review and collaboration with other health professionals. All images and patient data are encrypted and stored in a secure manner ensuring that the ProEX is HIPAA and GDPR ready to meet the most stringent IT security checks.
A comprehensive range of interchangeable medical devices can be used to facilitate a variety of examinations, such as general imaging, wound management, dental, examinations, ophthalmology, dermatology and others.
With the option to connect multiple imaging and data sources via the inbuilt ports, the ProEX becomes a truly universal recording and retrieval system which can be used with almost any medical device in any clinic or hospital.
