Proven efficacy
UrgoK2/UrgoKTwo has clinically proven its efficacy (1) and is aligned with international recommendations that recognize the superior efficacy of multi-component bandages in healing venous leg ulcers (2). Thousands of patients and health care professionals have already experienced the efficacy of UrgoK2, which is the leading compression system in Europe (3).
Easy & Reliable continuous compression
The PresSure system is a unique pressure spot indicators system on both bandages specifically developed to aid the application at the pressure recommended for the treatment of venous leg ulcers (~40mmg at the ankle).
Maintains compression between dressing changes (4)
Optimizes compression whatever the patient’s mobility: therapeutic compression sustained at rest, with a massage effect at walk to effectively reduce oedema and improve venous return (4)
Patient validated comfort, for better concordance and a continuous wear day and night (5)
UrgoK2/KTwo is indicated for the treatment of venous leg ulcer, venous oedema and lymphoedema, which require full compression.
UrgoK2 Lite/ UrgoKTwo Reduced has been specifically designed to aid the application of the recommended therapeutic pressure (~20 mmHg) for mixed aetiology leg ulcers. The reduced compression provided by UrgoK2 Lite/ KTwo Reduced can also be used for patients unable to tolerate full compression, or as part of a step up approach.
