While our products are commonly used in hospital, homebirth, and clinical settings, we also provide medical devices and products for consumers for at-home use. In addition, Cascade works with government agencies, universities, non-profit organizations, community health centers, and emergency medical services. We require proof of license in order to sell items marked with a "License Required" symbol on our website. We do not accept prescriptions or insurance at this time.

Cascade began as a small company focusing on the US market and specializing in products for midwives, obstetricians, certified nurse-midwives, nurse practitioners, hospitals, universities and other professions and organizations that care for women in all phases of life. Over time, the company has grown into a leading supplier for NGOs and other global entities that provide healthcare in developing countries. Our knowledge and experience has enabled us to provide custom birth kits for use by midwives, nurses, and doctors working to reduce infant and maternal mortality.
